Operations Manager & Tour Guide Rudina combines a passion for the outdoors with extensive experience in operations and project management. With more than 10 years of hiking experience, she has explored countless trails and summited numerous peaks across Kosovo, Albania, and Montenegro, developing a deep appreciation for the Balkans' natural landscapes. Known among friends as a true "plant guru," Rudina has a special passion for nature and enjoys sharing her knowledge of local flora with fellow adventurers. Alongside her outdoor expertise, she brings over six years of experience managing projects in international and local organizations, ensuring every tour is thoughtfully organized and delivered with professionalism and care.
